Chair

Dr. Jennifer Buckley (she/her) MD FAAFP received her BS in Zoology at the University of Maine Orono, completed medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University, residency at the Brown Family Medicine program and fellowship in FMOB at the same program. She is core faculty at the Brown Family Medicine Residency Program and is the Family Medicine Obstetrics Director of the Warwick site. She practices full spectrum family medicine at Thundermist Health Center FQHC and performs deliveries, including c-sections, at the local community hospital where she is also the FMOB Chief. She currently serves as the Rhode Island AFP chapter chair and is a member of the AAFP Commission on Health of the Public and Science as well as Subcommittee Chair on Public Health Issues.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with her family and friends and being outdoors with her husband and 2 dogs.
